How do I pay? Do you offer invoices or NET terms?
Card, bank transfer, or PayPal. We issue a proper commercial invoice for accounts-payable departments — plenty of clinics and schools need that for procurement. NET terms are possible for repeat institutional buyers; ask when you enquire.
How is shipping calculated on a bulk order?
We quote it per order based on destination and weight, and it's stated on the invoice before you pay — no surprises at checkout. VOCE+ is tiny and light, so even a 100-unit order ships as a small parcel. Import duties and local taxes are the buyer's responsibility.
Can I order RX receivers in bulk too?
RX stock is limited right now, so bulk quantities are quote-only — tell us how many you need and we'll confirm what we can supply. If your listeners have 2024-or-newer hearing aids, phones, or earbuds with Auracast support, they don't need RX at all: they tune into the TX broadcast directly.
What's the lead time?
Typically 5–10 business days from cleared payment for quantities we hold in stock, which covers most orders up to a few hundred units. Larger or custom-packaged orders take longer and we'll give you a date in writing before you commit.
Can you do custom packaging or branding?
Yes — bulk orders normally ship without individual retail boxes, which is what most clinics and venues want. We can also add your logo to quick-start cards or supply printed instructions in another language. Minimums apply; ask us.
Is the warranty the same on bulk units?
Yes. Every unit carries the same 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects, worldwide. For deployments we handle warranty claims in batches rather than one at a time, so you're not shipping single units back and forth.
Can we test a few units before committing?
We'd rather you did. Buy one or two at retail from the store, or ask us about an evaluation unit if you're assessing for a large deployment. Auracast is new enough that testing against your actual hearing aids and room is worth the week it takes.
